This role requires physical endurance, travel across Arizona, and willingness to work long shifts; a Certification such as CTP is a plus, with a culture emphasizing compassionate service and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Clinical professional with experience in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical recovery and preservation of donor organs.
• Operate pulsatile perfusion machines to preserve kidneys.
• Package, label, and handle organs with care to maintain viability.
• Coordinate with OR staff and transplant teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend monthly OR meetings and perform general equipment upkeep.
• Travel within Arizona and work 11:00–11:00 shifts with weekend coverage.
