Job summary

Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Surgical Preservation Coordinator to work in the operating room, coordinating donor organ recoveries and preserving organs for transplant with clinical precision. You'll interact with hospital OR staff, transplant surgeons, and logistics to ensure timely, compliant recoveries that save lives.

You will handle pulsatile preservation equipment, label organs, and support both local and interstate teams while adhering to federal regulations and OPTN policies.

Qualifications

• Clinical professional with experience in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating room coordination during donor organ recoveries.
• Preserve life-saving organs with precision and care.
• Package and label organs for transplant with urgency.
• Support local and out-of-state transplant teams to optimize organ utilization.
