Life Sales Agent

Life Sales Agents join our national AAA organization to promote AAA Life Insurance products. They build independent sales pipelines, cultivate relationships with members, and provide financial solutions while maintaining high member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls using our large membership database.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, full‑time Agents who meet sales goals can earn on average between $86,200 and $105,300 annually with uncapped commission opportunities when exceeding goals.
