Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks a Facilities Life Safety Systems Technician in Tempe, AZ to perform PMs and testing on fire protection and life-safety systems, including sensors, alarms, and suppression equipment.

You will inspect, test, and service life-safety components, maintain logs, and coordinate with engineering and vendors during commissioning and upgrades. Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and electrical safety is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in life safety, fire protection, or industrial suppression systems.
• Familiarity with life-safety software platforms and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, tests, and maintenance on fire protection and life-safety systems.
• Inspect and maintain fire risers, hydrants, extinguishers, and related components.
• Interface with PLCs/SCADA and coordinate with vendors during commissioning.
• Document inspections and maintain CMMS records.
