Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience.
• CLSS-HC certification or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership experience in safety and/or security is highly desirable.
• Emergency Services Management experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum five years of management experience; healthcare background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operations and activities within the Security Department.
• Chair the Safety Committee and prepare meeting agendas.
• Maintain good relations with residents and staff.
• Schedule annual fire alarm inspections.
• Coordinate emergency response and drills.
• Monitor fire and security alarm systems and logs.
• Develop and update safety policies and training programs.
• Train staff on security procedures and safety trainings.
• Develop budgets and liaise with state authorities.
