Job summary
AVIRE, a market leader in Life Safety communication solutions, seeks a commercially driven sales leader to accelerate growth. You will lead a multi-channel sales organization and translate strategy into disciplined field execution across Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers and Territory Sales Representatives.
In this role you will own Life Safety sales performance, establish priorities, coach execution, and deepen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience; life safety/technical markets preferred.
- Willingness to travel ~50% to coach, engage customers and advance opportunities.
- Access to residence near a primary US metropolitan hub or commutable location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a multi-role B2B sales team: Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Territory Representatives.
- Set territory, account, revenue, and pipeline expectations and reviews.
- Drive Life Safety sales strategy across core accounts, channels and regions.
- Ensure accurate CRM data, forecasting, and market insights to prioritize resources.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product leadership to grow customer value.
