Advisors Excel is seeking a New Business Coordinator in Topeka, KS onsite to join the Life Operations team. You will assist with inputting information during the life insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and providing timely support to our financial advisors.

You’ll handle submissions, order physician statements and exams, coordinate with licensing to keep producers licensed, and manage mail flow for the life department while collaborating with teammates to maintain high-quality

Responsibilities

• Input, review and submit all incoming life applications
• Order attending physician statements and medical exams
• Work closely with our licensing team to ensure our producers are licensed and have completed their required training
• Open, track, and distribute all mail for the life department
