Advisors Excel is seeking a New Business Coordinator to assist with inputting information and ensuring accuracy during the life insurance application process. You will support financial advisors by providing timely guidance and handling administrative tasks across the life department.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, collaboration with the licensing team, and efficient processing of applications, physician statements, and exams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Time management with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member.
• Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of work.
• PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once.

Responsibilities

• Input, review and submit all incoming life applications
• Order attending physician statements and medical exams
• Work closely with licensing team to ensure producers are licensed and trained
• Open, track, and distribute all mail for the life department
