The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and partnership with underwriting, quality, training, and distribution teams, while guiding a high-performing culture in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in life and annuity industry; distribution/marketing/operations knowledge.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team across multiple sites to ensure efficient Life New Business processing.
• Promote a high-performance culture and coach potential future leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Coach team members to build effective relationships with distribution partners.
• Model professional behavior and uphold values in all external interactions.
• Resolve complex partner issues to strengthen partnerships.
• Set individual and team goals aligned with department objectives.
• Guide escalation teams for high-priority inquiries with swift resolution.
• Foster learning, adaptability, and innovation across the organization.
• Maintain collaboration across distribution and enterprise-wide teams; on-site/hybrid schedule four days a week.
