You will coordinate information gathering, communicate with underwriters and advisors, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

You will work closely with Life Care Associates and other team members, updating files as cases move through underwriting, and supporting licensing teams to smooth submitted business.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills with financial advisors/agents.
• Experience explaining underwriting decisions and next steps.
• Familiarity with life insurance underwriting practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in completing life insurance applications.
• Develop contacts at insurance carriers and stay updated on guidelines.
• Update teams on underwriting status and decisions.
• Coordinate information and medical records for cases.
• Work with licensing on submitted business issues.
• Review medical data to confirm quoted risk class.
• Provide case updates via email or phone to advisors.
• Back up illustrations and perform second-level reviews.
