- Active Life & Health insurance license required.
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong rapport-building and client relationship skills.
- Clear, confident policy explanations for clients.
- Proficient with CRM systems and agency tech.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking and referrals.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify life/health solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Review coverage and identify protection gaps for families.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance.
