Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agent in Camden, South Carolina. This full-time field role combines in-person client visits with a pay-for-performance compensation model that rewards successful policy sales and premium collections.

New agents begin with paid training, then manage an existing book of business, earn commissions on premiums and new sales, and have opportunities to increase earnings through high performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel to client sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule that you determine.
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork.
