The Richard Group Agency in Renton, WA is seeking an entry-level Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on new life insurance sales, with a goal of writing 10–20 term policies per month.

Responsibilities include working agency-provided leads, educating clients on term options, building referral sources through networking and social media, and maintaining CRM notes. Requires an active Life Insurance License and ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required.
• Entry-level to 2 years of life insurance sales experience.
• Ability to write 10–20 term life policies per month.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Write 10-20 term life insurance policies per month
• Work agency-provided leads and referrals to generate new business

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency CRM
• Provide responsive, professional communication throughout the sales process
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for future coverage needs

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License required
• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in life insurance sales
• Comfortable writing 10-20 term life policies per month
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
