Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm leads, assess coverage needs, present solutions, and submit applications.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Follow-ups, maintain records, and ensure underwriting and policy delivery.
• Agency Building (Growth Path): Use recruiting leads to hire, train, and mentor new agents for overrides.
• Continuous Development: Participate in product education and leadership training.
