You will manage the full sales cycle from consultation to policy placement, using inbound leads and our recruitment system to build and lead a growing team of producers, with uncapped earning potential through commissions and growth incentives.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
• Follow-ups and relationship management to ensure underwriting and policy delivery.
• Optional growth path: recruit, mentor, and lead agents using our recruitment system to earn agency overrides.
• Participate in ongoing product education, sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
