This role offers uncapped earning potential on a 100% commission basis, with inbound Google-generated leads, agency-building opportunities, and back-office support to help you scale your income and build a team.

Qualifications

Active Life Insurance License.
Background in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
Desire for high earning potential and agency ownership.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery
Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides
Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
