Job summary
Zohorecruit is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in Indianapolis to connect qualified leads with tailored life insurance products and to scale income through our agency infrastructure.
You will manage the full sales cycle from consultation to policy placement, earn with uncapped commissions, access inbound Google leads, and have an optional path to build and lead your own agency.

Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License required.
- Background in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
- Desire for high earning potential and agency ownership.
Responsibilities
- Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
- Pipeline & relationship management: follow-ups, policyholder records, underwriting and policy delivery.
- Agency-building (Optional/Growth Path): recruit, train, and mentor new agents for agency overrides.
- Continuous development: participate in product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
