You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to policy placement, with optional recruitment of a producer team and access to turnkey recruiting, training, and back-office support to maximize your writing volume.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License is required.
• Background in life insurance sales or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm, high‑intent leads to assess coverage needs and present solutions.
• Submit applications and manage the full sales cycle from consultation to policy placement.
• Follow up, maintain records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery.
• Optionally recruit, mentor, and lead a team of producers within the recruitment system.
