Job summary

InsKing & Company is seeking a Director of Sales in Los Angeles to scale our life insurance sales business within an elite leadership team. You will lead a large, multi-tiered sales organization, setting SLAs, targets, and driving execution in line with metrics.

You will build incentives, forecast needs, develop leaders, and report at the executive level. Expect a fast-paced, impact-driven role that shapes strategy and culture across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior-level sales experience, with 3+ years of multi-level leadership experience.
• Proven track record of individual sales achievement and building scalable teams.
• Strong data sense: dashboards, metrics, forecasting, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Set sales team SLAs and targets (daily, weekly, monthly) with the CEO.
• Develop, maintain, and iterate on sales incentive programs.
• Identify and solve issues related to lead conversion, lead quality, and capacity.
• Provide timely executive reports of sales performance and forecasts.
• Own people leadership: recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, career development.
• Create a values-driven team environment promoting accountability and teamwork.
• A/B test and optimize scripts, contact strategies, and workflows.
