This entry-level role trains you to work with multiple departments, document each call, and provide policy illustrations, PIRs, and policy changes. A focus on accuracy, teamwork, and customer care is essential to satisfy policyholders and agents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center.
• Minimum 2 years' clerical/administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in a life insurance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle policyholder and agent inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
• Document each call in the imaging system.
• Train to respond to Spanish inquiries when needed.
• Provide policy illustrations, Annual Statements, and PIRs.
• Assist with policy changes, premium collections, and new business handling.
• Maintain and adhere to Customer Service processes and procedures.
