Job summary

GPM Life Insurance in San Antonio, TX seeks an entry-level Customer Service Representative I to support policyholders and agents. You will be trained to handle inquiries across Customer Service, Claims, Policy Change, Premium Collection, New Business and Underwriting, with focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center.
• Minimum 2 years' clerical/administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in a life insurance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle policyholder and agent inquiries via phone, email or mail.
• Serve as primary contact for policyholders and agents.
• Build relationships with other departments to resolve requests.
• Document calls and actions in the imaging system and provide status updates.
