Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Life Insurance commission analysis.
• Ability to work closely with 3rd party vendors and QA teams.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for complex commission systems.
• Partner with stakeholders and Lead Business Analyst on projects.
• Create test matrices on UAT and conduct table auditing.
