A leading staffing agency is seeking a Business Analyst to support large insurance projects. In this role, you'll gather requirements for complex commission systems, work with stakeholders, and ensure thorough testing with QA teams. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Life Insurance and experience with Jira in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Comprehensive benefits are included with this position.

Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the largest Insurance companies in the world. This individual will join the Strategic Planning Office team and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for complex commission systems. In this role, you will work closely with 3rd party vendors on products and a Lead Business Analyst to work on multiple projects focused on commission tables including building for new production, loading, validating, and testing to move downstream. You will also be working with the QA staff to create test matrices on UAT and table auditing. The ideal candidate will also be a self-driver and have a willingness to learn throughout the role.

Compensation

$45/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
