Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to support and grow life insurance sales within assigned channels and regions. You will collaborate with Sales VPs and external partners to meet and exceed sales goals, designing compelling strategies and materials for agents/MGAs.

Experience in financial services and life insurance, strong communication skills, and the ability to recruit and onboard new agents/MGAs are required. Travel is expected 3-4 times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for sales and training.
• Life insurance product knowledge and regulatory understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans with agents/MGAs to hit sales goals.
• Articulate company strategy and value proposition to drive growth and deepen partner relationships.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and training for new agents/MGAs in the region.
