Candidates should have a college degree, insurance industry exposure, and proven leadership, with strong communication and analytical abilities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and workforce data.
• Strong leadership, coaching and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team KPIs, SLAs and goals aligned with objectives.
• Attract and retain top talent and develop their skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback via IDP and TIP programs.
• Improve workflows and increase efficiency through tech changes.
• Manage department budget with focus on cost reduction.
• Lead multi-site teams, including remote members.
