Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries from agents, producers, and clients via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
• Gather and analyze policy information to provide accurate client information.
• Determine case activation status and process accounting items for activation and payment to producers.
• Review cases for completeness and accuracy; code systems to issue cases within service guidelines.
• Advise agents/clients on steps to move cases to completion.
• Verify and approve life and health insurance policies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle exception processing and identify corrective actions for master records.
• Address issues related to licensing, replacements, 1035 exchanges, and privacy guidelines.
• Identify system or procedural problems and propose improvements.
