Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Case Manager to input, review, and process life insurance applications. You will build relationships with agents to service and retain their business via phone and email.

In this role you will serve as a first-line resource, collaborate with internal and external clients, and guide cases to completion with timely, accurate communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven effective customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak in a calm, concise and empathetic manner.
• Proficient in ability to use multiple computer systems with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and process improvement changes.
• Proven strong analytical skills, including demonstrated experience identifying and quantifying problems and providing effective resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a first-line resource for agents assisting with processing, questions, and time sensitive cases.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients to enhance business partnerships on behalf of the Enterprise.
• Recommend steps to agents and internal clients that will move cases to completion within a timely manner.
