Western & Southern Life is recruiting a Financial Representative to educate middle-income clients on risk protection, financial security and wealth creation. You will analyze needs and recommend suitable financial solutions, always acting with integrity and client focus.

You will identify markets, travel to prospect, schedule appointments, and conduct meetings using consultative practices while building local relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Relevant experience - Preferred
• Proven experience influencing a group to a recommended course of action - Preferred
• Demonstrated experience setting professional goals and achieving them - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Identifies markets and develops marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels to prospect and network for middle-market clients.
• Secures in-person appointments for sales, service and conservation.
• Prepares for appointments using consultative practices and processes.
• Markets the Western & Southern Life brand locally.
• Develops community relationships to strengthen market presence.
• Maintains client contacts to meet evolving financial needs.
• Maintains accurate client and company records and payments.
