Responsibilities

Efficiently manage submission of life insurance applications to carriers.
Monitor case progress and provide ongoing status updates.
Review application information to identify potential issues and offer solutions.
Advocate and negotiate with carriers on offers as needed.
Educate advisors on product offerings and industry developments.
Look for ways to expedite and improve processes and service.
Communicate with advisors via email and phone to support cases.
