We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month).

• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, resulting in premiums ranging from $7,000 to $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more qualified agents.
