High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial relief.

  • Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  • Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products such as final expense or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
