High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are independent and driven, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need constant hand-holding.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require extensive coaching at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies (e.g., $30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
