High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents in urgent need of income or desperation to make sales

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant hand-holding throughout the sales process

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies; we do not focus on traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are currently looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
