We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are independent, confident, and ready to follow a proven system without hand-holding.
Agents who need immediate income and are desperate
Agents who cannot afford their own leads
Agents who require constant supervision
Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
Uncoachable individuals with a large ego
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month
Self-motivated agents ready to implement a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
