Norris Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Agent to join our team to help customers identify life insurance needs and offer suitable simplified-issue products. This Allstate agency boasts a large customer base and substantial growth opportunities.

Earn between $70,000 and $100,000+ annually, with performance-based compensation and access to an established client base. Location is in-office, with strong potential to develop relationships and expand production.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License in the states where business is conducted
• Carrier appointments and training must be completed
• Background-check requirements must be satisfied
• Must comply with agency, carrier, state, and federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss life insurance needs
• Identify customer needs and present suitable life insurance solutions
• Present and explain simplified-issue life insurance products
• Complete applications accurately and promptly
• Follow up on pending applications, premium requirements, and policy delivery
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist customers with eligible policy changes and service needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow all regulatory requirements
• Conduct business professionally and in the customer's best interests
