Norris Insurance Group Llc. seeks a motivated Life Insurance Agent to help clients identify life insurance needs and offer simplified-issue products. This role integrates with an established Allstate agency, leveraging a large customer base for growth.

You will engage new and existing customers, explain options, and complete applications while aiming for strong, performance-based earnings of $70,000-$100,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required or able to obtain.
• Completion of required carrier appointments and training.
• Background checks satisfied.
• Ability to comply with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss life insurance needs.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Present and explain simplified-issue life insurance products
• Complete applications accurately and promptly
• Follow up on pending applications, premium requirements, and policy delivery
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Norris Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Agent to join our team. This position will focus primarily on helping new and existing customers identify their life insurance needs and offering suitable simplified-issue life insurance products.

The Opportunity

Join a large, established Allstate agency with a strong customer base and a proven track record of growth. Our agency averages 100+ new households each month, creating a consistent flow of new customer relationships and opportunities to identify additional insurance needs.

Our existing book of business represents a significant amount of untapped potential. With thousands of customers and ongoing new business, there is a tremendous opportunity for the right Life Insurance Agent to connect with customers, uncover their life insurance needs, build lasting relationships, and grow their production.

This is an opportunity to step into an established agency with a substantial customer base rather than starting from scratch. The potential is there for someone who is motivated, proactive, and willing to develop those relationships.

Agency production and customer volume are based on current and historical business and are not guarantees of future lead volume, sales, applications, policies, or compensation.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000-100,000+

This position offers a competitive compensation structure with the opportunity to earn $70,000-100,000+ annually based on individual life insurance production and performance.

Our established customer base, 100+ new households each month, and significant untapped potential within our existing book of business provide strong opportunities for an agent who is motivated to develop relationships and identify life insurance needs.

Actual compensation will vary based on individual production, policies issued and placed in force, carrier compensation, and other applicable factors.

Qualifications & Licensing

• Comply with all applicable agency, carrier, state, and federal regulations

Candidates must be able to communicate professionally with customers, explain insurance products clearly, maintain accurate records, and work independently while meeting agency expectations.
