Rick Smith State Farm in Texas seeks a motivated Life/Health Insurance Team Member to help customers protect what matters most and plan for the future through trusted relationships in the community. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market life and health insurance products.

Build lasting relationships, explain policy features and exclusions, and provide outstanding service while meeting sales goals and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus.
• Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life and health insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
