Responsibilities include planning and executing activity programming, documenting resident needs, and attending after-hours events as needed. The team emphasizes empathy, safety, and supportive care within a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to understand and engage with senior residents.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to drive residents and operate the company vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Administers and assists in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Follow standards per state regulations and company procedures.
• Confidential documentation of identified resident needs or problems.
• Communicate resident feedback to Life Enrichment Director.
• Chauffeur residents for activities and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and events.
• Support resident-centered life enrichment programs.
