Qualifications

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Engage in visits with prospective residents and family members.
• Assist with welcoming orientation for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating at least two experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, Spiritual).
• Use an iPad and photos for community TV, social media, and resident enrichment.
• Proficiency with software used for Life Enrichment position.
• Schedule weekend activities and be available for events.
• Represent American House professionally at community events and provide transportation as needed.
• Update seasonal/holiday decorations throughout the building; oversee volunteer program.
• Notify Life Enrichment Director of emergencies and report to the Director.
