Job summary

Hirebridge in Yakima, WA seeks a Life Enrichment Training & Program Supervisor to oversee coaching programs and daily living support for a caseload. You will coach Life Enrichment Coaches, develop action plans, and ensure consistent documentation of client progress.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and quality of care across activities and therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Cell phone and smartphone for company apps.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for the needs, wants, and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
• Supervise emotional/behavioral regulation techniques.
• Supervise identification of areas of change for each client.
• Develop action plans with clients to realize stated ambitions.
• Evaluate progress toward client goals.
• Encourage ongoing progress for staff and clients.
• Supervise goal setting and report progress with clients and management.
• Supervise individualized programs and document activity thoroughly.
• Complete TPS checklists (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Monitor staff schedules and coordinate coverage for shifts.
• Maintain staff timecards on PeopleGuru Platform.
• Provide peer coaching and development for new staff.
