Job summary

Hirebridge LLC in Ellensburg, WA, seeks a Life Enrichment Training & Program Supervisor (LEC TPS) to supervise all aspects of client coaching and daily living support, and to guide goal-based growth for a caseload. You will also coach and develop new Life Enrichment Coaches to strengthen service delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with care teams to implement individual plans for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (required).
• Criminal background check cleared before working alone unsupervised with the clients.
• Valid driver’s license or State ID.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with emotional and behavioral regulation techniques as outlines in their plans.
• Help clients achieve personal and program goals and evaluate completions and denials.
• Assist with client money management such as petty cash, receipts, checkbook and EBTs.
• Assist clients with daily hygiene as outlined in their plans, including brushing teeth, bathing, hair washing, toileting, and more.
• Administer medications to clients and document the activity, including nurse delegated tasks.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly forms, reports, and data sheets.
• Supervise clients’ daily activities and living conditions to ensure health and safety.
• Assist clients with cooking and eating daily meals, and grocery shopping.
