Job summary

Atria Senior Living – Willow Glen is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead Engage Life programs and provide diverse recreational activities that support residents in living an active aging lifestyle.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, plus ability to write simple correspondence and communicate well in groups and one-on-one settings. The role offers paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly in one-on-one or small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and provide diverse recreational activities.
• Engage and motivate residents, maintain activity schedules, and welcome new residents.
• Assist in planning parties and seasonal events; support census-building initiatives.
• Maintain records of activities and participation as required by state law.
