Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information to customers, clients, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs to enhance residents' lives and exceed activity expectations.
• Offers diversified recreational activities with supervision for each activity.
• Develops programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a current schedule of events.
• Greets new residents and introduces them to others with similar interests/backgrounds.
• Assists in planning parties/events and decorating the community by season/holiday.
• Assists Engage Life Director in enlisting volunteers to aid the activities program.
• May drive the company vehicle to social and other destinations (if required).
• May perform other duties as needed.
