Job summary

Atria Signature - Newport Beach is seeking team members to lead engaging programs for residents, offering meaningful activities and a supportive work environment. The role emphasizes active participation, resident interaction, and community engagement in a senior living setting.

Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $20.28 per hour, with eligibility for paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information to individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and provide diverse recreational activities for residents.
• Develop and schedule activities, including for residents confined to their rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate and inform them of upcoming events.
• Greet new residents and integrate them into activities with others of similar interests.
• Assist in planning parties, decorating the community, and monthly birthday celebrations.
• Support census building initiatives and maintain activity records as required by state law.
• Assist Engage Life Director with volunteers for activities; may drive company vehicle when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
