Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop programs aligned with individual interests, leading engaging activities that foster purpose, dignity, and social connection.

Role requires 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
