Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in New York is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills programs for residents with memory loss, fostering dignity, familiarity, and meaningful moments through structured activities.

You will engage residents daily, organize small groups, review profiles to tailor activities, and collaborate with staff and volunteers while documenting participation to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities

Pay Range: 13.50 - 16.88

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
