Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will design Life Skills activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and dignity, and lead engaging routines that supportresident well-being.

The role requires 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities

Pay Range: 13.50 - 16.88

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
