Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Cresskill, New Jersey, is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills activities for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will lead engaging routines and tailor programs to individual interests, helping residents experience purpose and dignity.

Responsibilities include organizing groups, reviewing resident profiles, documenting participation, and coordinating with staff and volunteers to maintain engaging Life

Qualifications

• Experience with memory-impaired seniors is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.
