Responsibilities

• Engages residents in planned Life Enrichment activities.
• Plans and facilitates spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
• Assesses resident interests and updates activities accordingly.
• Develops partnerships with local organizations to enrich programs.
• Creates and distributes communications to promote programs and educate residents and families.
• Monitors participation and adjusts calendar to maximize engagement.
