Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to champion purpose and meaningful living across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will design and lead a vibrant program that supports residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, and partner with families and staff to enrich daily life.

The role emphasizes creativity, compassion, and relationship-building to ensure residents feel connected, valued, and at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Recreational Therapy, Education, Gerontology, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with activity programming and resident engagement is required.
• Senior living and dementia care experience is preferred.
• Experience leading teams, volunteers, or community programs is preferred.
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive life enrichment program for whole-person wellness.
• Plan and schedule a minimum of five hours of daily programming and one hour of evening programming per level of care.
• Create opportunities that support residents’ physical, social, cognitive, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.
• Foster a vibrant community culture where residents feel connected, valued, and empowered.
• Coordinate with families, volunteers, and community organizations to enhance engagement and care.

Education

Degree in Recreational Therapy, Education, Gerontology, Human Services, or related field
